I must apologise as when I became founder I believed I had enough time to take care of this group properly however, real life has intervened!

Please bear with me as I s l o w l y get to approve your submissions to the group. I'm still looking for someone to become co-founder and assist with this process. Note me if you're interested.

I'm soooo sorry if your submission expired before I was able to get to it! Please resubmit your art and please have patience with my situation. I so appreciate it!

Also please remember that there are now folders for nearly every category of art. Please note me if you would like another folder category added.

I'm sorry to be tough though I'd really like it if you saved your very best for submission to the Featured folder.

Please excuse my noobishness! And thanks for your patience!

I've moved all of the images from the Featured Folder into separate categorized folders. Let's save our very best for that folder. Please let me know if you disagree with the folder category I choose!

I'd like to ask that rather than use the dA standard watermarks, you make your own watermark, logo or signature and place it in a relatively discrete place on your image.

How's it going?

I apologise for the long delay in doing anything about this group! I'm so sorry.

I welcome your suggestions. Please note me with any ideas for the site as well as letting me know if you would like to be an admin and help to vet the pictures submitted to our group.

I've added a number of new folders to the group and would really appreciate it if you could submit to the particular folder directly. Please let me know if there are any other folder categories you'd like to see and I'll add those too.

Please remember that of course your image may include any colours at all, however the main colour should almost always be yellow or gold or nearly yellow as per this Wikipedia article on yellow:
[link] . Please soft pedal on yellow mixes like orange (and other) tones and shades of yellow such as brown and lime green, using them as your secondary or lesser colours.

Hey All!

Life as we know it is OVER!!! ARG!!!!

Yes, the classic MISTAKE has been made!

Some of you may recall that recently my computer geek fixed my computer, allowing me to pay him in installments - so far NONE! Can't raise ANY money!

He also gave me a ONE TERRABYTE (ONE THOUSAND GIGABYTES!) NEW hard drive.

NO, I did not back up my main harddrive on to that new TERRABYTE drive! WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY?!>!?!?@##^$&#^#&@#$%^%$&^*(*&^%#!!

Yes, I'm a total fucking idiot.

And to top it off, this isn't the first time!

Talk about some kind of loser. When I attempted to boot up this morning I realised that I'd lost EVERYTHING except a few bits that I've uploaded to the net on occasion.

Now I know my last few journals haven't been too exciting and this one is a bit hard to read (and they're closing the library in just a few minutes!), however I do need your commiseration, a great outpouring or empathy please. Stories welcome!

I will be back in a few days maybe though it's doubtful that I'll have my computer back soon - maybe a couple of weeks? ARG!!!

At present, the worst I can think of is that I've lost all of my Mandelbulb3D parameters and many of my images. Now I'm thankful that at least I uploaded in large sizes. BUT I will NEVER be able to rerender them again!

I'm especially sad about some of my favourite light parameters!

I'm pretty sure the crying is over and the rebuilding will soon begin! ARG!

If all my group founders could please relieve me of my duties either permanently or temporarily, I'd really appreciate it! Maybe you, Graham S., could copy and paste this into #YellowClub, I'd be overjoyed!

Hey all!

Apparently I'm the new founder! LOL!

I'm going to be pretty busy for the next while but please go ahead and submit your YELLOW images to the group.

Your image should be MOSTLY YELLOW or shades of yellow or gold. Please no orange or yellow-green.

I'll be writing a blog here one of these days.

Well...I mean you can use any colours but YELLOW should be the main one! Wiki is here [link] . I suggest using predominantly all the yellows except the two yellow-oranges on the corners - those can be used as you like as long as there is YELLOW. Thanks! :D

Hey there, I sent over the "yellowest" frac I had, an older Apo piece....hope that works and if not, kick it back. :) I haven't done much yellow as a primary theme, turns out! Just as accents!
